Description of Services

SageMap provides verified data and lead information for business-to-business outreach, research, or client acquisition purposes. These services include, but are not limited to, the sale and delivery of curated contact lists in digital file formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

Accuracy of Data

While every effort is made to ensure data integrity, SageMap does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Users acknowledge that contact details, names, and occupational data may change over time or contain occasional inaccuracies due to the nature of sourced information.

Payment and Invoicing

All purchases made through SageMap are final. By submitting payment, users confirm that they understand and accept the terms of this Agreement. Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon payment, users acknowledge acceptance of the product “as-is,” including any inherent limitations in accuracy or performance. Payment constitutes a waiver of refund rights and chargebacks unless otherwise required by law. By paying any invoice issued by SageMap, whether for past, current, or future purchases, you confirm authorization of the transaction and acceptance of this agreement in full.

Dispute Policy

Users agree to contact SageMap directly regarding any concerns about the dataset received. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Beyond this timeframe, the data will be considered accepted. Disputes filed with third-party payment processors without direct communication may be deemed a violation of this agreement. No Guarantees of Outcome

SageMap does not guarantee any specific result, conversion, or business outcome from the use of its data. Performance varies depending on use case, targeting methods, compliance, and outreach strategy. Data is a tool — not a promise of results.

Permissible Use

Users agree to utilize data solely for lawful and ethical purposes in accordance with relevant privacy, communications, and consumer protection laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unsolicited spam or robocalls, misrepresentation of identity, use in fraud, scams, or harassment, and resale or redistribution of data without consent. SageMap retains the right to deny service to any party misusing its data.

Intellectual Property

All data, product formats, and related materials remain the intellectual property of SageMap. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the data for internal business use only. Users may not reproduce, sublicense, resell, or publicly distribute any file received from SageMap without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SageMap, its owners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the services or datasets provided. Our total liability under any cause shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Modifications

SageMap reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal disputes must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tampa, Florida.
