Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any feature of Sage Map you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Sage Map on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sage Map is a multi-platform social media scheduling and AI content generation platform. The service lets you connect supported social networks via OAuth, draft and generate platform-native posts, schedule them in advance, publish them on a recurring or one-shot basis, and review the analytics each platform returns.

Specific features, limits, and supported platforms may change over time. We will give advance notice of material reductions in functionality.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sagemap.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

One human, one account. You may not share login credentials; use the team-member feature in the Pro and Agency plans instead.

Sage Map operates on a subscription model with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan; if you do nothing, your account moves to a read-only state and no charge is made.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly through Stripe at the rate displayed at checkout. You can change plan, pause, or cancel at any time from /settings/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

We offer a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first paid charge. After that, monthly fees are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

You agree not to use Sage Map to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or automated mass-engagement;
• impersonate another person, brand, or organization;
• publish content that violates the Community Standards, Developer Terms, or Acceptable Use policies of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, or Truth Social;
• publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent the technical limits of the service;
• resell or sublicense Sage Map without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, or that we have a reasonable basis to believe are about to. Repeated violations of any connected platform's policies, or a single egregious one, are grounds for suspension.

You retain full ownership of every piece of content you upload, draft, or generate through Sage Map. We claim no copyright in your work.

You grant Sage Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reformat, and publish your content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf — chiefly, to publish your scheduled posts to the social platforms you have connected, and to display your content back to you and your team inside the dashboard.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Sage Map, including content produced by our AI generation features. AI-generated drafts are suggestions, not facts; review them before scheduling.

Sage Map publishes through the official APIs of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Truth Social. We are not affiliated with any of these platforms and we are not responsible for their availability, their rate limits, their policy changes, or actions they take against your accounts.

Your use of each connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for keeping your accounts in good standing on every platform you connect to Sage Map. If a platform deprecates an API or revokes our app access, we will give you as much notice as we have but cannot guarantee continued support for that integration.

The Sage Map name, logo, dashboard design, source code, documentation, and all other materials we produce are owned by Sage Map and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms for the duration of your subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from /settings/billing or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your account is being used to harm others, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your access to the service ends, your scheduled posts stop publishing, your OAuth tokens are revoked, and your data is deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Sage Map is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific post will reach a specific audience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Map's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage Map and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) the content you publish through the service, (b) your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Sage Map after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
